The room was pretty spacious and fancy, and the breakfast was amazing 🥞. the building itself was beautiful, and the location was perfect being so close to Arcadia and a couple of shops and restaurants on Huntington Drive.

The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. My room was very clean and decor was superb.

Need some changes

Room was so dark, I had to use a flashlight to see in my suitcase. No towel rack by the sink. Gap between back of sink counter and the wall was very annoying. My makeup kept falling onto the floor. Having to use my phone as a room key was also very annoying. We were going to stay a second night, but decided not to.

I liked the Asian themed decor in the room - very different and very nice. The cookie at night was great perk - fun.

The tv clicker was awful!!!! You gotta upgrade. Did not compliment the quality of your hotel. Would consider not going their again just because of the poor tv service. Also, frustrated that there was not a breakfast deal included only because we booked it online. Surprised there was not a valet option or at least someone at the door - there was only one person behind the desk.

The property's location was great, close to dining establishments within walking distant. Plus, it was close enough to the bar/restaurant and the northern suburbs of Los Angeles.

Would definitely go again as my vacation was very nice. This is surely the best family-friendly hotel, super friendly staff, new-fashioned rooms. - the location is marvelous and pleasant, plus there was free parking. - the property is set in a great area with views of the mountain.

The room was really nice and super clean, with a bed that felt like sleeping on a cloud. It had everything I needed - TV with lots of channels, AC/heating, and even a microwave for snacks. the location was awesome, in a cool area that was easy to get around. 🌟

My recent stay at Doubletree was exceptional! I was in town for the race track, and the hotel's shuttle service provided convenient door-to-door transportation. The staff's warm welcome with delicious cookies set the tone for a pleasant stay. The friendly and helpful staff went above and beyond, always ensuring I had a smile on my face. The breakfast buffet, prepared by a talented chef, was simply awesome. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the room had plenty of storage. The location was perfect, not just for the race track, but also for exploring Pasadena's restaurants. a great experience!
